At Rifugio Pian dei Ciclamini, we will give you the unique pleasure of tasting the genuine and appetizing dishes of Friulian cuisine in all its simplicity. Our secret? Seasonal cuisine with local ingredients, excellent quality produce, and a touch of love… because seeing you happily dining fills our hearts!

We cook polenta “the old-fashioned way” in a cauldron and select the finest mountain cheeses for our frico dish. Highly appreciated are our homemade cjarsons, prepared with the family recipe, our traditional ravioli, deer ragù tagliatelle, and a variety of seasonal crepes. Our main courses and side dishes are hearty and delicious, prepared with meat from the finest mountain butchers.

All our desserts are homemade, fresh, and baked in the oven, just like in the old days.
